    An abdominoplasty, otherwise known as a tummy tuck, is a surgical procedure to remove loose skin and excess fat from the middle and lower abdomen, and to tighten muscles of the abdominal wall. In most cases, a tummy tuck will restore weakened or separated muscles, and change the shape and tone of the stomach to create a firmer, smoother profile.
